Keivan works as a project director for Blueprint and as a general contractor.
What did you learn today? What were some highlights?
I learned that General Contractors are responsible for overseeing the entire construction process. Some of the highlights were how he has to show up every day and set the tone.
What insights did you gain into the field of real estate development?
It really looks like a field where you have to be super organized and lead the charge on site, managing everything from start to finish.
What did you find the most interesting about the field in the field after today?
The most interesting thing was probably how much goes into coordinating everything on a construction project. It’s a lot more than just the physical building.
