Jerry owns his own business and is the Vice President at BDI, a construction company that partners with Blueprint on various charter school facility projects in Southern California.

What did you learn today? What were some highlights? 

I learned that it’s important to believe in yourself and maybe that will get you to where you want to be.

What insights did you gain into the field of construction?

It’s important to keep an open mind to learn new things as you go.

What did you find the most interesting about the field after today?

I found it interesting that sometimes people will be difficult to work with even under a contract.
