Expanding educational opportunities for students in under-resourced communities

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partner sponsors for their support and for graciously opening their businesses, enabling our interns to have the most enriching experience possible.
Our 6–9-week paid internship program gives high school students from the communities we serve hands-on experience in real estate development. Currently, the program is available in California through our Los Angeles and Oakland offices. For students outside of California, we offer one-day job shadow opportunities in Washington and can coordinate informational interviews nationwide.

Blueprint, formerly known as Pacific Charter School Development (PCSD), underwent a strategic rebranding to better align with the organization’s mission, vision, and growth aspirations.
