Kelly Wilcox
Senior Project Manager, Colorado
Kelly grew up in Minnesota and has worked in both the public and private sectors in Minneapolis, Portland, and now Denver. She brings over a decade of experience managing public projects as an owner’s representative for agencies such as Saint Paul Public Schools and the cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, overseeing community-focused facilities like parks, libraries, and public safety buildings.
Kelly relocated to Denver, Colorado in 2023 to take a position as a project manager for facilities at University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) and to pursue an interest in living in the American southwest that began when she was a graduate school research assistant traveling throughout the region, studying ancient indigenous dwellings and sites.
In her spare time, Kelly is restoring a mid-century bungalow with her husband, Jack, and enjoys cooking spicy food, gardening, reading historical fiction and non-fiction, and exploring the Rocky Mountain sites with her three sons.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota.
