Prior to joining Blueprint, Joy owned a project management consulting firm specializing in owner’s representative services within PreK-12 and higher education systems throughout Colorado. She has more than 20 years of experience working with national firms providing project management services within the education, commercial, healthcare, and municipal market sectors. Through those experiences, Joy represented the interests of clients to achieve their goals and objectives, implement high-quality strategic projects, and maintain effective partnerships.
Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Law from Samford University and a Masters in Education from the University Of The Southwest.
