Crystal Langdon
Managing Director of Investments
Crystal Langdon is the Managing Director of Investments at Blueprint, where she sets and executes investment strategy and leads a team of Finance and Asset Management Directors in business development, deal structuring, underwriting and portfolio monitoring across all Blueprint regions. She engages in federal policy and advocacy efforts and manages the deployment of Blueprint’s Federal Credit Enhancement.
Crystal leads continuous process improvements to strengthen Blueprint’s operations and decision-making and drives coordination across teams. Through these efforts, she helps position Blueprint for sustained growth while balancing mission impact, financial sustainability, and prudent investment risk. Before joining Blueprint, Crystal served as Senior Director of Lending for the Charter School Financing team at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), where she oversaw underwriting and asset management for the national charter school loan portfolio.
Crystal has worked in community development since 2005, with previous experience at CDFI TruFund Financial Services and affordable housing developer Urban Homesteading Assistance Board. She serves on the NMTC Advisory Board for Civic Builders, Inc. and on the board of directors for KIPP Cooper Norcross Academy in Camden, New Jersey.
Crystal holds dual B.A. degrees in History and English from Temple University and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College (CUNY).
