Crystal Langdon
Managing Director of Investments
Crystal Langdon is the Managing Director of Investments at Blueprint, where she leads underwriting and investment strategy for charter schools across all Blueprint regions. Before joining Blueprint, she served as Senior Director of Lending for the Charter School Financing team at LISC (Local Initiatives Support Corporation), overseeing underwriting and asset management for the national charter school loan portfolio.
Crystal has worked in the community development field since 2005, with prior experience at NYC-based CDFI TruFund Financial Services and affordable housing developer Urban Homesteading Assistance Board. She serves on the NMTC Advisory Board for Civic Builders, Inc. and on the board of directors for KIPP Cooper Norcross Academy in Camden, New Jersey.
Crystal holds dual B.A. degrees in History and English from Temple University and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College (CUNY).
