Bryce Heitsmith
Project Manager, Colorado
Born and raised in Colorado, Bryce started his career as a welder after graduating from Emily Griffith Technical College with a degree in Welding Technology. He spent several years working in the trades before moving into construction management, gaining experience in field operations, estimating, project management, and preconstruction. During this time, he also worked as a 911 EMT in the Colorado mountains—an experience that taught him to stay calm under pressure, think on his feet, and prioritize the well-being of those around him.
Today, Bryce brings that hands-on background to his work in construction, with a particular interest in complex projects and the challenges of bringing them from concept to reality. Having worked on both sides of the construction process, he enjoys finding practical solutions, collaborating with diverse teams, and managing the details that drive project success.
Outside of work, Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, getting outdoors, and working on personal projects. He is an avid Denver Broncos fan and generally enjoys anything that involves being outside, building, or learning how things work.
