Yu Ming Charter School Carolyn Campus

Project Overview

Yu Ming owns its Carolyn campus in San Leandro, home to their K–3 Mandarin Immersion program. Blueprint supported both financing and site approvals, enabling Yu Ming to secure continued use of the property. Summer upgrades included roofing of the Friendship Center, exterior painting of the Friendship Center and classroom buildings, interior painting of the multi-purpose room and conference room, playground improvements, with signage and improved security still to come. These enhancements provide a safe, adaptable, and welcoming environment while expanding access for families in the community.
