Project Overview
Yu Ming Academy now owns its long-awaited permanent home in Oakland, acquiring the former North Oakland Community Charter School (NOCCS) facility on 42nd Street. Blueprint partnered on financing and completed rapid summer upgrades, including flooring, plumbing, kitchen upgrades, security and new low voltage systems, sprinkler, roofing, and interior/exterior painting with signage still coming. These improvements created a safe, modern, and inspiring campus just in time for the new school year, providing long-term stability and an environment designed for collaboration, innovation, and student growth.
