Hayward Collegiate

Project Overview

Hayward Collegiate, part of the Navigator Schools network, operates a TK–5th grade program at a leased site in Hayward, CA. Opened in 2019, the school now serves 230 students and is approved to expand into 6th grade.

Blueprint is proud to partner with Navigator Schools to support Hayward Collegiate. Together, we’re ensuring the school has the space and infrastructure needed to meet growing demand and sustain its small-group instructional model.

To accommodate enrollment growth and enhance learning environments, the project adds three modular classrooms to the existing 8,600 sqft leased facility at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, bringing the total space to 11,480 sqft. These modular units will replace temporary learning areas in the sanctuary and cafeteria. Additional improvements include utility and electrical upgrades, fire and security systems, site access upgrades, and a refreshed playground area featuring new striping and a tetherball setup. A new long-term lease secures the site for 10 years, with two 5-year extensions, supporting Hayward Collegiate’s continued growth and stability.
