Project Overview
Blueprint partnered with Fort Worth STEAM Academy, a newly authorized charter, to support the opening of its first permanent school facility. The approximately 54,000 square foot facility is on approximately 3.4 acres and includes 25+ classrooms, multiple administrative and conference spaces, a cafeteria, and gym/storm shelter. Blueprint provided site search, early feasibility and due diligence services to help the school identify a facility aligned with its programmatic needs and long-term vision. Blueprint provided the school’s legal advisors support during lease negotiations to secure the site. Blueprint led the entitlements and permitting process, ultimately securing the site Certificate of Occupancy for education use from the City of Fort Worth.
