Project Overview
Blueprint partnered with Ednovate to deliver a new long-term home for Ednovate Brio College Prep, transforming an existing commercial building into a purpose-built, college-prep high school serving approximately 490 students in grades 9–12.
Situated in Echo Park, the 0.74-acre site was adapted to fully support Ednovate’s mission of positive multigenerational change through high-quality, personalized learning environments.
The project reimagines a 2-story, 42,110 SF building into a full high school campus, featuring 35,000 SF of educational space and 4,000 SF for Ednovate’s central office.

The educational layout is designed to reinforce Ednovate’s competency-based, tech-integrated learning model and provide a welcoming, student-centered experience.
