Project Overview

PCSD partnered with Envision Education to secure the purchase of a downtown Oakland building for Envision Academy of Arts & Technology. The property at 1515 Webster Street, spanning 67,420 square feet across six floors, was acquired from Highbridge Equity Partners. This strategic acquisition marks an important step for Envision, ensuring they have a permanent home to share their innovative educational model, which blends arts and technology to prepare students for college and careers. The new space will support the school’s mission to serve a diverse student population, providing access to quality education in an urban setting.
