Keivan Abidi
Project Director, Northern California
Keivan is a Bay Area native. Prior to joining the Blueprint team, he served as the Director of Campus Facilities for Mills College and as Director of Real Estate for Amethod Public Schools in Oakland. Some of his accomplishments have included the construction of a new high school, playgrounds, solar array systems, and the creation of a streamlined process driving operational efficiency for facilities. Keivan has also been a successful business owner in the Bay Area for the past 20 years, consulting on construction projects, contractor supervision, and property management. He was also with the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda for over fourteen years, where he led the capital improvement plan for thirteen multi-family sites.
Keivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University East Bay and is a licensed general contractor.
