Elyssa joins Blueprint as Director of Asset Management, bringing more than a decade of experience in education finance, lending, asset management, and school operations. Throughout her career, she has worked with school districts, charter schools, and mission-driven organizations on financial analysis, underwriting, budgeting, long-term financial planning, and operational strategy. Her experience spans both the lender and school sides of education finance, giving her a unique perspective on the financial and operational challenges schools face.
Most recently, Elyssa has supported schools and education organizations through financial and operational consulting, while also working directly within school district finance and operations. She is passionate about helping schools build strong, sustainable financial foundations and improving educational outcomes for students from low-income communities.
